The company is in search of a Finance & Accounting Manager based in Las Vegas to manage the
accounting and finance for various IPs in the company’s portfolio.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package comprised of salary and bonus incentives. Salary is
commensurate with experience.
Reporting: Position reports to VPs of Accounting
Responsibilities:
· Key participant in the periodic financial close process and related management reporting
· General ledger accounting, including booking of operating cash and payroll transactions
· Maintain accruals, vouching schedules, and balance sheet rollforwards
· Complete monthly cash/ledger reconciliations
· Maintain fixed asset module and monthly D&A calculations
· Assist with reconciling show, event, and tour settlements to GL
· Assist with external audits and tax return preparation
· Financial modeling for IPs
· Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments, including
creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular
assessments of financial procedures.
· Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on
financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
· Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables,
expenses etc.
· Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk
· AHOC project, as requested
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· 3-5 years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience, with solid proficiency in GAAP
· Advance working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel
· ERP, and Quickbooks experience a plus
· Strong communication skills required
· Self-starter, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused, with the ability to work and excel in a multi-faceted
fast-paced environment
· Professional demeanor required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
