LiveCo is looking for a Tour Accountant to support MagicSpace Entertainment, one of our key business units. This role is based in Park City, UT, and will be responsible for managing financial processes related to tours and events, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and settlement tracking.
What You’ll Do :
- Assist with financial close and reporting
- Manage general ledger transactions, invoices, and reconciliations
- Reconcile show, event, and tour settlements
- Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Work on special projects to improve financial processes
What We’re Looking For :
4 years of accounting experience (general ledger, financial close, etc.)
Strong proficiency in GAAP accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)
ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred)
Detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
