Job Title: Tour Financial Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team at LiveCo, a leading entertainment company.
This role will be based in Park City and will be responsible for managing financial processes related to tours and events, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and settlement tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the financial close and reporting process
- Manage general ledger transactions, invoices, and reconciliations
- Reconcile show, event, and tour settlements
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles
- Work on special projects to improve financial processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a general ledger or financial close environment
- Strong proficiency in GAAP accounting principles and financial regulations
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills
