About the Role

We're seeking a Product Designer who can think holistically about user needs, distill complex problems, and craft elegant, user-focused experiences. In this role, you'll tackle end-to-end design challenges, rapidly iterate on ideas, and collaborate with founders, stakeholders, and customers to align on ambitious goals and uncover real-world challenges in a space ripe for disruption. You'll play a key role in not only shaping a new product, but also building a design culture from the ground up.
What you'll do at Liveflow : Shape the vision
- Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and help define the design vision for an exciting new product areaDesign end-to-end solutions
- Craft intuitive and cohesive user experiences, from workflows and interactions to high-fidelity visuals, ensuring every detail aligns with user needsChampion the user
- Advocate for user needs by conducting research, gathering feedback, and ensuring the product designs deliver measurable valueIterate and refine
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine ideas to continuously improve the product and deliver impactful resultsEnsure quality execution
- Work closely with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring high quality implementation and a seamless user experienceBuild the design culture

Experienced and versatile
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $150,000-$190,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
