About the Role

Lively is seeking a dynamic Manager of Product Marketing & Enablement to drive market adoption at one of the fastest-growing companies in the FinTech space! This is a unique opportunity for a player / coach who thrives on both doing the work and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will excel in product marketing strategy, sales enablement management, and RFP leadership while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a player / coach, actively contributing to key deliverables while managing and mentoring a high-performing product marketing and enablement team.
  • Work closely with product managers to identify key value drivers with go-to-market (GTM) implications and align them with business objectives.
  • Lead sales enablement efforts by developing tools, content, and training that empower the sales team to win in the marketplace.
  • Oversee RFP management to ensure compelling and competitive responses that position Lively as a market leader.
  • Develop and refine business-level messaging, positioning, and competitive insights to inform GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated external communications across channels, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive adoption and success for key solutions within the portfolio.
  • Build and execute data-driven product marketing strategies to support launch, growth, and expansion efforts.

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years in product marketing, product management, or brand management, ideally in a FinTech or employee benefits startup.
  • Proven experience as a player / coach, balancing hands-on contributions with team leadership.
  • Strong track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams in product marketing, sales enablement, and RFP management.
  • Success in launching and scaling B2B products or services that drive business growth and enhance brand strength.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in driving data-driven recommendations and decision-making.
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing plans to support product launches and growth initiatives.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to confidently present business results and strategies to leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
  • The base salary listed is a range for this position. Actual pay will depend on the candidate's location and experience.
