Centralized Resident Services Specialist
Location: Plano, TX (In-Office, Monday–Friday)

We’re currently seeking a high-performing, customer-focused Renewal and Delinquency Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Plano, Texas.
Position Overview
This newly created, in-office role is designed for an experienced and highly organized individual with strong customer service and property management experience. You will play a critical role in supporting multiple communities by specializing in renewals, delinquency management, leasing support, and marketing coordination. The right candidate will bring energy, precision, and a solutions-oriented mindset to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Renewals Management
Coordinate and execute all renewal activities across assigned properties, including resident outreach, offer tracking, follow-up, and reporting. - Delinquency Oversight
Monitor and manage delinquent accounts, issue notices, initiate payment arrangements, and recommend next steps (e.g., legal action, eviction) as necessary.
Secondary Help / Support
- Leasing Support
Provide backup leasing support as needed, such as responding to inquiries, entering applications, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system. - Marketing Assistance
Assist with marketing campaigns, community reputation management (e.g., Google Reviews), and ensuring consistent branding across platforms. - Reporting & Communication
Collaborate with onsite teams and leadership to provide updates, insights, and support related to renewal performance and delinquency trends. - Resident Relations
Maintain an extremely high level of customer service in all communications, working to resolve tenant issues professionally and promptly. - Operational Support
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing centralization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- 3 years of multifamily experience in roles such as Assistant Manager or Property Manager
- Proven ability to manage renewals and collections with a customer-first approach
- High emotional intelligence and a talent for resolving tenant concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with property management software (ResMan experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks across properties
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Local to DFW and able to commute to the Plano office Monday–Friday
