The ideal candidate will have experience as a Make Ready, Maintenance Technician or related role.\
He/She will be responsible for ensuring the physical property is well-maintained, and performing various maintenance tasks such as painting, fixing sheetrock repairs, and performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs.\
In addition, he/she will assist the Property Manager in daily property inspections and coordinate with him/her to determine problems and necessary maintenance issues.\
It is essential that the candidate has excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment.\
The candidate should also have the ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
