Position Summary : The Treasury Manager will work and manage Global Cash and Liquidity, FX Exposures / Hedges and Intercompany transactions. The individual will need to be flexible and eager to learn while supporting the company domestic and internationally with Cash Management, Debt Management, FX Risk Management and Intercompany Loans / Payables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Global Cash Management – manage bank account balances for all countries daily / weekly, Bank Portals, Cash conversion and others
- Short-term Liquidity Management
- Intercompany Receivables, Payables and Loans
- Manage Currency Risk Management program, including derivatives trading and US GAAP accounting
- Corporate Credit Card program
- Treasury System assessment and potential implementation
- Work on Treasury Reports, including covenant compliance
- Work on special projects together with Assistant Treasurer
- This position will have one direct report - Sr Treasury analyst
- Other job duties as may be assigned from time to time.
