What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Academy Soccer Coach position at Liverpool International Academy?
Our Liverpool FC Pre-Academy program provides weekly hour long clinics to players ages 5-12 years throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons. Locations range across Southeastern MA (Plymouth, Bridgewater, Hanson, Whitman, Freetown-Lakeville, Kingston), Southwestern MA (Fall River, Rehoboth), Cape Cod, Rhode Island and Connecticut. We are continuously growing and expanding and we are looking to hire outstanding individuals to add to our professional coaching team across all regions.
Serious applicants must be able to work for the duration of the Fall 2025 season and have the desire to want to continue into the Winter and Spring 2026 seasons. Applicants must commit to at least 2 hours of weekly work and could receive up to 15 hours of weekly work depending on availability.
Our Pre-Academy program provides extra training and support and is designed to be the first step in each player’s soccer journey. Each Pre-Academy program focuses on: FUN, Football Agility, Outplaying Your Opponent, Ball Mastery, Receiving Under Pressure, Competition, Ball Striking, LFC Role Models, Scoring Goals, 1000 Touches Per Session and Small Sided Games.
AVAILABILITY/SPECIFICATIONS:
- Monday-Friday evenings
- Occasional weekends
NEW COACH REQUIREMENTS:
- Have the ability to work with children / players ages 5-12 years
- To create a positive environment in which each individual can thrive and enjoy
- Have the ability to work alongside a team of coaches
- Have a passion to progress your coaching development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- History of working with children
- 1 years coaching experience preferred
- Appropriate playing experience
