Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to adapt with strong customer service skills. Once hired, candidate is expected to start immediately, once position is accepted. Job Training will be provided. Future training opportunities may be provided to those with proven strong leadership and customer service skills!
Open Job Title:
- Hot Tub Service Technician
Service Technician Job Duties:
- Perform Service Tasks listed from Service Manager (Daily)
- Loading and tracking inventory on work truck for each job requirement
- Transporting/Moving products out to customer job sites with aid of Service Assistant (as needed)
- Assembly, plumbing of Hot Tub Components with minor electrical work (as needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Service Job Itemization and Labor Hours for Customer invoicing/billing
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Shoveling, raking, clearing space to work on a hot tub during inclement weather (as needed)
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- Forklift Operator License/Certification
- Must have proper tools and toolbox for Service Calls. Job Training will be provided
- Ability to greet and communicate friendly with customers
- Punctuality – including and being ON-TIME
- Ability to accountable and work responsibly while independently working and travelling
- Work well and Communicate with other crew members (Proper etiquette and Professionalism is a must!)
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
