- Assist in sales order invoicing, posting, and processing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Assist in inventory analysis and ensure clean cut off and adjustments.
- Respond to requests for information from local managers.
- Ensure accuracy of all work completed.
- Reconcile all inbound and outbound movements to ensure proper Daily Close procedures are performed.
- Complete daily deposits.
- Maintain office records.
- Effectively communicate accounting activities.
- Complete Scale house responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Location Manager.
- Perform any other related processes and tasks deemed necessary by the Location Manager or Controller.
- Skilled in Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience in accounting for bulk inventories.
- Minimum three years of accounting experience in an office environment.
- Excellent organizational and analyzing skill set.
- Strong sense of customer service with both internal and external customers.
- Must be an independent, self-starter with the ability to consistently multitask.
- Agricultural experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and/or overtime as needed.
