Our Sales Team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to sell LiveSwitch Contact and LiveSwitch Concierge. The Account Executive will identify new logo opportunities in verticals such as Self Storage, Property Management, and Home Service Professionals while managing the entire sales process, negotiating, and closing contracts. This position will report to the President.
What you will be doing:
- Understanding LiveSwitch business cases and communicating our value proposition to prospects.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold-call, email marketing, conferences, webinars, and social media campaigns.
- Scheduling product demonstrations with business owners and key decision-makers to uncover customer pain points and advance sales funnel opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing contracts to meet sales objectives.
- Working with Marketing to qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Representing LiveSwitch in a highly professional manner to potential clients.
- Ensuring the CRM is up-to-date with the latest sales activities and accurate opportunity information.
- Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales metrics.
The must-haves:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS for SMB Markets.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Proven success in achieving sales goals.
- Experience selling to SMBs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to comfortably cold call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated and self-directed - able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies/concepts quickly.
