Position:
This role involves working closely with the Director of Product Industrialization to play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the efficiency of production processes within our organization.
Requirements
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct labor time studies
- Analyze time study data to establish production standards
- Report results of time studies and analysis
- Assist the Director of Product Industrialization in projects as needed
Performance Requirements:
- Either pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering
- Deep understanding of industrial process to support the goals of enhancing operational performance and minimizing waste
- Ability to work in production setting with noise, machinery, and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Excel
- Other attributes including attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach
