SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at personal level
- Discover customer needs, work with available inventory, and provide fitting solutions
- Create and deliver advanced sales presentations for solution-based selling
- Develop new business with existing customers and identify areas of improvement
- Make sure customers hit company’s financial KPIs, including revenue, margin, comp growth
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the Leadership team
- Collaborate with business development team to identify and grow opportunities
SPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent listening, problem solving, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to constant change
- Self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive under pressure
- Advanced technical skills to develop custom PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and craft strategy based on findings
- Ability to travel as required, usually no more than twice a month
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Nimble with the ability to multitask and embrace last-minute changes
- Great collaborator and able to work with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to represent LiveTrends image while serving as a role model and uphold the LiveTrends Vision, Mission, and Values
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
