We’re seeking a K-3 educator ready to step away from the traditional classroom and embrace a project-based, passion-driven, and real-world educational model. Credential is preferred, but not required.

About Us:
Livewell is a faith-based Private Leadership Academy in Pleasanton, CA, focused on autonomy, character development, and critical thinking. Our students thrive in small classes (6-10 children), working on entrepreneurial projects, financial literacy, performance arts, and enrichment all while ensuring that learning is fun, play based keeping the children engaged, curious and creative!

What You’ll Do:
* Lead and inspire a blended-age class using innovative teaching strategies.
* Plan and implement individualized lessons that foster critical thinking and growth mindsets.
* Collaborate with our dedicated team and contribute to a dynamic, year-round program.

Schedule:
* 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
* Occasional evenings and Saturdays for family events or community nights

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Is a credentialed educator with K-3 experience. Adept at teaching reading, writing and math skills
* Sees what’s wrong with traditional classrooms and wants to create something better.
* Has strong leadership, classroom management, and collaboration skills.
* Believes in medical freedom, parent rights, and conservative values.
* Program Director/Admin/Management experience is ideal and preferred- but not req'd
