What You'll Do:

Supervise outdoor construction projects patios, decks, pools, outdoor kitchens, and hardscaping

Manage & lead crews on-site, assign tasks, and maximize efficiency

Plan ahead ensure materials, equipment, and labor are ready on time

Monitor workmanship enforce high-quality construction standards

Quickly address site challenges, problem-solve, and keep projects on schedule

Act as a client liaison ensure excellent communication between crews, management, and homeowners

Use project management software (Monday.com, JobTread) to track progress & scheduling

What We're Looking For:

5 years of experience in site supervision, project management, or outdoor construction

Hands-on experience in hardscaping, landscaping, decking, or pool installations

Strong leadership & crew management skills ability to train & oversee field teams

Tech-savvy comfortable with Monday.com, JobTread, Microsoft Office (or willing to learn)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus (not required, but preferred)

Excellent communication skills ability to work with clients & teams professionally
