Clinical Educator
Compensation: salary, processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type: Full-time with participation in backup supervisor on-call rotations (if applicable). On-site, in the field, and travel between local branches/agencies.

Summary:
The Clinical Quality Educator evaluates homecare practices within a LiveWell Partners agency/branch to help maximize efficiency and optimize patient care. Their duties include working with local clinical management and across the Quality team to implement and monitor quality outcomes, performance improvement, orientation of new staff, training staff on new policy, process, procedures, and ensuring CMS and state requirements are consistently followed.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical education to clinical staff in collaboration with the Quality Team and local leadership.
Provide education to the staff on policies and procedure guidelines.
Provide education to the staff on regulatory changes.
Collaborate with other members of the local QAPI team.
Assist clinical managers and others in ongoing management of the QAPI program to attain clinical outcome goals.
Provide local clinical leadership with a quarterly summary of the progress toward goals of the QAPI program and any other active outside audit.
Review and track all ADR, OIG, or outside record request related to compliance prior to submission.
Manage new employee onboarding and annual competency checks in collaboration with direct supervisors.
Monitor clinical records for compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.
Attend agency meetings as required and complete all mandatory education according to policy.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Active state Registered Nurse licensure.
OASIS certification required (or willingness to achieve certification within 12 months of start date), coding certification preferred.
2 years’ experience in homecare or hospice required.
Active driver’s license.
