Documentation Specialist
Compensation : Hourly, $18 - $22 per hour, processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type : Full-time, On-site in a LiveWell agency office, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing various types of medical documents and files.
This position requires strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties :
- Coordinate and lead the review, distribution, and timely collection of physician documentation such as Plans of Care and verbal orders.
- Responsible for the collection of all medical record request information.
- Enter data and maintain accurate records using the electronic medical record system.
- Complete all other necessary and related duties in support of agency team members and contractors as reasonably assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Health-related degree or licensure preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess a strong teamwork ethic.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
