About the Job: LiveWire Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete construction projects from start to finish.
In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure concrete design and construction meet project specifications. Additionally, you will manage concrete pouring operations, including ensuring mix design specifications are followed and adjusting as needed for site conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in concrete technology, including concrete mix design, curing methods, and advanced pouring techniques. They will also possess advanced organizational skills and the ability to deliver quality through attention to detail. Furthermore, they will be able to prioritize multiple projects and work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems.
