About The Role 🚀
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be reporting to the COO, and be responsible for hiring top talent globally for Livewire. You will be hands on in an end-to-end recruitment capacity, as well as setting up the internal recruitment function across the organisation.
You will drive the continual optimisation of the Talent Acquisition function by building a strong candidate experience, proactive sourcing channels, establish strong networks, partner with agency suppliers (when necessary) and build strong processes that will keep a positive, high performing culture across the different business units and globally. This role would suit someone that is a highly experienced global recruiter, passionate and amazing at sourcing talent.
Key Role Accountabilities
80%: Talent Acquisition
- Delivers end to end recruitment services for all roles globally
- Accountable for the full life cycle of recruitment: sourcing, advertising, phone screen, conduct interviews, short list, reference check, testing, candidate tracking, feedback, offer.
- Ensuring exceptional service to hiring managers
- Implement best practice recruitment strategies
- Coach and mentor line managers to hire top talent
Measure of success: Number of roles to recruit within time to fill role & budget
20%: External stakeholder management
- Managing suppliers and ensuring they adhere to terms of engagement and values
- Supplier selection of new suppliers as required
Measure of success: Agency delivers on each assignment and manage agency spend
What You Will Need
- Experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about end-to-end recruitment, candidate experience, and enjoys interviewing and connecting people.
- Must have experience within the Game Tech industry.
- Must have experience using Rippling
- Experience sourcing and recruiting roles globally in USA, UK and, Australia
- Experience being the only recruiter and setting up the best practices
- Experienced in brand strategies on social media to promote brand and attract top talent.
- Proven success in creative sourcing strategies and thinking outside the box to identify hard-to-find candidates.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Salary Range: $110,000-130,000
