Billing Assistant – Temporary Opening!

We are looking for a temporary addition to our Finance Team! Our Billing Assistant is responsible for generating the daily census and keeping the census updated in Point Click Care. Enters charges for residents and generates monthly bills for residents. This position is needed for approximately 3-4 months.
Billing Assistant Overview:
· Census record keeping and reconciliation on a daily and end of month basis
· Assist in processing and preparation of monthly bills
· Enters and deposits payments in PCC
· Ability to coordinate numerous tasks and complete tasks within given deadlines
· Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with our residents
· High School Diploma or GED (required)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Word is required
· Point Click Care experience (preferred)
