Redirect Vulnerable

Cooking and preparing meals

Administering medication

Giving cues when needed

Daily/Shift vital signs monitoring

Taking residents to stores/medical appointments

Cleaning and laundry

Supporting residents to achieve IADLs daily goals

Calling the nurse/Administrator for any emergencies/changes/incidents.'
