Purpose & Vision:
To support the ministries through project driven tasks and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of this part-time 20 hours per week position:
Sunday Morning:
- Coordinate Facility Fresh Team to prepare for Sunday morning, including set-up and tear down of ministry throughout the morning and final attention to the refresh of the building for weekday ministry use after the services.
Weekly:
- Resource building and facility set up in collaboration with the Campus Ministry Coordinator (CMC) and Welcome Center Coordinator (WCC) and Executive Director of Operations (EDO).
- Support groups & events in collaboration with the CMC & WCC
- Maintain the facility with coordination of the various vendors ie. (cleaning company, electricians, plumbers, trash, etc.)
- Help coordinate vendor contacts under the direction of the EDO.
- Maintain continual awareness and support of the needs of Groups meeting onsite (Rooms & Resources)
- Conduct continuous observations of indoor and outdoor environments for health and safety of our church and community guests
- Make sure all of the campus work order requests get addressed
- Provide attention to the continual refresh of the building before and after weekday use

Qualifications:
- Spiritual Maturity
- Must be a Living Hope Community Church member in good standing
- Handyman/light construction competency
- Computer skills are imperative (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intuitive, problem solver

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, general repair tools, and other tools and equipment as needed.
Work schedule: 20 hours per week.
The typical work schedule includes work on Sundays. This position involves periodic work on evenings and Saturdays. The scheduling of work hours may be re-adjusted according to the needs of the ministry, under the discretion of the Lead Pastor.
Physical Demands: This is a role that involves various physical activities such as moving furniture, cleaning up and light construction (painting, hanging fixtures and minor facility fixes)
Accountability: Check-ins at your first 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days to review your progress and confidence in your role. This role reports directly to the Campus Pastor. An annual evaluation will take place based on this position description.
