We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Manager to oversee our team of Administrative Assistants. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. This position includes regular travel throughout the state.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Administrative Team Leaders
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide administrative support to the State and Associate Directors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Coordinate office operations, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing facilities
- Manage the training and development of Administrative Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Provide project support for the state of Maine via Maine State Director.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to multiple managers and/or executive-level individuals.
- A valid state issued driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
