We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to lead and support our administrative team across Maine. The Administrative Manager provides essential support to the Maine State Director and ensures the smooth operation of our offices statewide. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support. This position includes travel throughout the state.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership: Supervise up to two Maine Administrative Team Leaders, overseeing statewide Administrative Assistant operations. Manage hiring, training, coaching, performance, and disciplinary actions. Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Communication & Customer Service: Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor with all stakeholders. Schedule meetings with Program Managers. Ensure clear communication and handle confidential information with discretion. Model excellent customer service.
- Office Oversight & Administration: Oversee office operations (supplies, inventory, organization), and manage new hire onboarding (background checks, paperwork, etc.). Ensure compliance.
- Maine Leadership Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Maine State Director (correspondence, scheduling, meetings, minutes, confidential information, electronic files) and project support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple managers and/or executive-level individuals.
- A valid state issued drivers license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
