Position Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals, while gaining valuable skills to advance your nursing career.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in providing direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as delegated and supervised.
Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the nursing team.
Support residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications :
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Eligibility to take the NCLEX-PN and obtain an LPN license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
