Job Summary : As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide essential support services to residents, gaining valuable experience that leads to a facility-sponsored CNA trainee program. This role includes classroom instruction, clinical practice, and on-the-job training to prepare you for CNA certification.
Essential Duties :
Replenish unit supplies and make unoccupied beds.
Transport residents to dining, therapies, and appointments.
Assist with meal tray pass and pass water to residents.
Maintain residents' rooms and personal belongings.
Report changes in residents’ conditions to the nurse.
Adhere to infection control practices and facility policies.
Attend mandatory training sessions.
Required Skills :
