We are seeking a Mental Health Case Manager to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services for individual and family settings.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Provide prevention-oriented skills and education
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Case workers will be able to work 38-40 hours per week.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • LPC-A preferred
  • Mental Health Graduate students encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Candidates should be able to work afternoon / early evening hours.
  • Ability to be a self starter with strong organization skills.
