Living on the Edge Ministries is seeking a Front Desk Customer Care Representative to provide service to customers and donors in all aspects of the ministry. The ministry role of the Customer Care Representative is to have the necessary experience and be prepared to respond to Scriptural questions and conversations and be knowledgeable of Spiritual principles. The Customer Care Representative must also be prepared to pray with individuals over the phone or by email and be able to respond to general questions regarding our broadcast, resources, and online tools.
Hours per week: 40; Monday - Friday; 9-5; In-Office Duluth GA
Key Responsibilities & Duties of Customer Care
As a Customer Care Representative, it is important to offer excellent service to customers at all times. This involves:
- Extensive knowledge of available resources and promoting the vision of the organization.
- Building positive relationships with staff, customers, and donors.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and donors, regardless of the situation.
- Communicating through various channels (phone, email, chats, note cards).
- Processing orders, donations, and requests efficiently.
- Keeping accurate records of customer and donor interactions, transactions, comments, testimonies, and complaints.
- Managing relationships.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience as customer service/call center representative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/Gmail
- Natural self-starter
- Alignment with Living on the Edge’s faith & values
- Mature in faith walk
- High School Diploma or equivalent
