Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Executive Associate & Special Projects Coordinator to join our team in Medford, Oregon.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment and enjoys a balance of administrative, project-based, and hands-on responsibilities. The Executive Associate will provide direct support to the Executive Team, manage special projects from planning through implementation, and coordinate communication across departments and with external partners.
Tasks include scheduling, documentation, light maintenance, event support, and helping fulfill deliverables tied to grant-funded and mission-driven initiatives.
Position Details
- Support our Executive Team with high-level admin work—managing details, coordinating logistics, and keeping things on track
- Lead and support impactful community projects connected to grants and mission-driven initiatives
- Get hands-on improving homes and lives for people with disabilities and their families
- Use your organization, tech savvy, and creativity to solve problems and make things happen
- Take on project-based work—some recurring, some one-time, always meaningful. No two days are the same
- Work from our Medford HQ, with regular driving to support projects and people across Jackson & Josephine Counties
- Ideal for someone who’s energized by progress, motivated by people, and ready to navigate systems with vision and grit
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
- Experience in administrative support, project coordination, and.or event planning
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English or ASL/English is a plus
