What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Living Residential?
- Appliance Repair: Primarily focus on diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, washing machines, and dryers.
- Painting & Repairs: Perform interior and exterior painting, including drywall patching and general cosmetic touch-ups as needed.
- HVAC Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Electrical Work: Address and resolve electrical issues including wiring, lighting, and other electrical components.
- Plumbing Services: Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing fixtures.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Property Support: Float between properties to provide maintenance support where needed, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption for residents.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and situations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
