SCHEDULE:
Full Time: salaried position with on-call responsibilities and rotating weekend on-duty
PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at $70,000, plus bonus structure

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.
The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs, ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
REQUIREMENTS / WHAT WE EXPECT:
Experience: Experience in sales and outreach, a MUST!

Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques, and a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents.
