The Operations Specialist - Retail is a key member of the Living Spaces team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the success of our retail operations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the success of our retail operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Execute standard work expectations in the front end, fun room, prep kitchen, and beverage bar, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Assist the Store Manager in resolving guest escalations, returns, and discounts, providing a positive experience for our guests.
- Ensure check-out/in processes are executed accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Establish a self-audit routine to ensure compliance with Asset Protection Audit standards.
- Ability to work weekends and most holidays, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- High volume experience is preferred.
