Compensation (base bonus) : $260k - 300k

Front Office Support including CLO Managers
Team Leadership : Agile team - Software engineers, BA, Scrum Master
Building and supporting private credit investment applications
Drive Digital Transformation : simplifying enterprise systems & architecture to include future system enhancements and process improvements
Strategic Alignment and Communication
Solution Design and Delivery
Architectural Oversight
Vendor and Partner Collaboration
Experience & Skills
10 years in software development and 5 years in tech leadership
Global oversight experience is a plus
