Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate at Living Treasures Wild Animal Park, you will play a vital role in ensuring visitors have a positive, memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them with inquiries, ticket sales, and offering information about the park and its attractions. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, memberships, and information about park attractions.
- Answer questions and provide helpful information about the park, animals, and services.
- Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer-facing areas, including the front entrance, gift shop, and guest services.
- Assist in keeping the park’s environment clean, safe, and enjoyable for guests and animals.
- Monitor the flow of visitors to ensure smooth operations and timely services.
- Support park staff in ensuring guests follow safety guidelines and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
