Position Overview:
Living Treasures Wild Animal Park is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the customer service department and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have experience in customer service, and be committed to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead customer service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and customer service tasks.
- Assist with staffing needs and schedules to ensure adequate coverages for all shifts.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about park policies, services, and promotional offers to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure customer service areas are well-maintained and organized, providing a clean and welcoming environment for visitors.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
