Role Description
This is a remote role for a Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Living Truth. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, coordinating diary management, and offering general administrative assistance. The role will begin as part time, increasing to full-time while adding working for the Vice President / Co-Founder.

Qualifications

- Expert level EA experience required with references
- Strong attention to detail is absolutely necessary
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Bookkeeping skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and email / calendar management
- Strong administrative assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Google suite
- Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of experience as an EA
- Develop into a Chief of Staff / OBM role
