Living Water Mental Health BRAIN Treatment Center is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to providing breakthrough, rapid-acting, and drug-free treatments for mental health disorders. We specialize in FDA-cleared interventional psychiatric treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and PRISM Neuromodulation, offering hope and healing to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Our mission is to restore mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Position Overview:
This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with mood and anxiety disorders, overseeing TMS treatment protocols, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medical assessments for new and existing patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
- Prescribe and manage medications when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive psychiatric care.
- Oversee TMS therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and patient safety.
- Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with our psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and faith-centered patient care discussions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed South Carolina with prescriptive authority.
- If NP, behavioral health certification
- If PA, behavioral health experience
- Experience with TMS therapy or willingness to be trained in TMS administration a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and OCD treatment protocols.
- Passion for faith-based, holistic mental health care and treating patients with dignity and compassion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
