Overview:
Living with Purpose of Missouri, Inc. is a faith-based company. We are licensed and certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health as a provider of community-based services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We offer residential and personal assistant services to individuals and their families in the Greater St. Louis area.
Essential Duties:
- Use appropriate assessment instruments (FBA Interview, FAST, QABF, AFLS)
- Ensure the accurate implementation of treatment plans, document contacts & observations; use professional knowledge & independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements – requires you to do some self-analysis & find areas to improve on your skillset
- Establish & maintain data measurement, collection, & analysis systems for clients (Use of our data system & excel through LWPMO)
- Maintain appropriate documentation & prepare & complete reports as required, understanding that requirements can change through the BACB, MO’s Behavior Analyst Advisory Board & DMH.
- Ensure that all treatment plans & programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all relevant certification
- Maintain highly organized, consistent, thorough, & systematic recordkeeping; so that you can produce accurate, timely, complete client documentation.
- Seek creative options for ensuring the continuity & consistency of treatment & support services across settings for the lifespan of the client
- Develop strategies for the stability of quality services when clients experience transitions. This could include if hours decrease, if the program decreases in intensity of goals, or if services terminate.
- Conduct structured periodic service reviews to monitor the effectiveness of treatment programs & their implementation; modify & document plan changes. As a BCBA must be open to revision as needed.
- Provide staff development, training, & modeling for team members in strategies & methodologies for successful implementation of the treatment plan
- Provide consultation regarding crisis interventions & critical incident supports; complete Incident Reports as needed to be careful that you are ethically practicing within the boundaries of your clinical competence.
- Participate in Individual Service Plan (ISP) team meetings for clients as appropriate; advocate for client needs across settings
- Participate in professional growth activities such as conferences which LWPMO will pay for the MOABA conference & others upon request and approved.
- BCBA’s with LWPMO are under direct supervision of the Behavior Services Director
- Pay based on experience.
