Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Attend and complete miscellaneous training.
- Be aware and provide a safe environment for all staff and students.
- Mentor and provide conflict resolution.
- Follow MCAs Policies and Procedures.
- Cooperate with administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school.
- Utilize educational opportunities and evaluation processes for professional growth.
- Maintain a personal appearance that is a role model of cleanliness, modesty, good taste, and in agreement with school philosophy.
- Contribute to the general improvement of the program.
Desired qualifications may include experience working with students, social / emotional aptitude, and good communication skills.
