Position Summary The Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for leveraging online tools and platforms to connect with potential and existing clients, present product or service offerings, address inquiries, and close sales. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining records, resolving client issues, and participating in training to enhance sales proficiency. The specialist will track and record activities on accounts to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. This position will support virtually with our Guests however will be working IN-STORE. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Utilize online tools and platforms to find leads and conduct prospect research. Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings and close sales. Establish and maintain professional relationships with Commercial and Trade guests while understanding their service needs. Assist Commercial & Trade Managers or team with order placement/keying orders when necessary. Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Update CRM activities, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure timely communication with potential and existing clients. Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and sales promotion activities to expand the customer base. Attend training sessions to improve sales skills and stay updated on product knowledge. Monitor account activities, track sales performance, and report on progress to meet sales targets. Complete a quarterly proficiency plan by utilizing the end of the quarter sales reporting tools and self-assessing personal strength and opportunities Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities. Qualifications Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of retail experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. High volume experience is also preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience with Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively through typed messages, ensuring grammatical accuracy. The ability to type for extended periods is also required. Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
