Position Title: Construction Project Manager
Pay Range: $100,000-135,000

Livingston Associates is working with a full service General Construction and Construction Management Company with a national presence to find a Construction Project Manager for the Fulton, NY area. The project location is in Fulton, NY and the Project Manager is expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. This role encompasses the establishment and updating of project schedules, cost tracking, change order management, and coordination with subcontractors and owners. This is a full-time position.
We are seeking a highly organized, driven Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial retail projects, specifically for Walmart. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating Walmart’s project systems and protocols, including Wrike, Lucernex, Procore, and Holobuilder. However, if you are a skilled Project Manager without Walmart-specific experience, training will be provided.
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the construction project in Fulton, NY, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to Walmart’s quality standards. This role requires exceptional communication, scheduling, and cost control skills.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities for Walmart’s project site in Fulton, NY.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project budget, manage cost control measures, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Utilize Walmart systems such as Wrike, Lucernex, Procore, and Holobuilder for project tracking and reporting (training available if needed).
- Conduct regular site visits (3 days per week in Fulton, NY) to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks or issues and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Walmart standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management, preferably in retail environments.
- Prior experience with Walmart construction projects highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools: Wrike, Lucernex, Procore, Holobuilder – or a willingness to be trained.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Fulton, NY three days per week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
