Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned areas are cleaned daily by performing tasks such as sweeping, wiping, dusting, and light cleaning duties.
- Maintain the organization and disposal of boxes and cartons in an efficient manner.
- Provide inter-office deliveries and messenger services as required by school officials.
- Properly use, maintain, and store assigned tools and equipment to prevent damage or misuse.
- Assist with clerical functions as needed to support the smooth operation of the school.
- Foster standard safety practices and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
- Operate general maintenance and custodial equipment according to established guidelines.
- Maintain classrooms, offices, and other facilities in a clean, safe, and secure condition.
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely.
- Rearrange furniture and equipment for meetings and special events as directed.
- Identify and report safety concerns and maintenance requirements.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Perform physically demanding tasks when necessary.
Requirements and Expectations:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated progress toward completing their high school diploma and be at least 14 years old.
