Brief Job Description:
Performs clerical duties in Circuit Clerk’s office regarding Traffic, Misdemeanor and DUI cases. Processes requests for court documents and prepares a variety of forms and reports as mandated by law.
Brief Overview of Essential Job Functions:
Prepare documents recording the outcomes of court proceedings
Record hearing dates and docket entries in the system
Court Room Clerk responsibilities
Prepare and issue orders of the court and other documents as instructed by the judge
Process new cases and sub-sequential filings through electronic filing
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Office or Clerical Duties experience preferred
