Position Requirements
Master’s Degree from an accredited university in social work, psychology or counseling. Two-year minimum post-graduate experience and state license that is current and in good standing. Contractual Responsibilities
- Ability to establish a strong therapeutic rapport with diverse clientele
- Complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments and measurable treatment plans
- Schedule appointments with referred clients in coordination with Office Manager
- Complete required paperwork including Progress Notes and Intake Assessments
- Coordinate client care and treatment with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other professionals as appropriate
- Complete insurance applications for paneling
- Complete insurance authorizations as required
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and LFC Policies and Procedures and Agency Privacy Practices
