The candidate will work collaboratively with patients, family members and staff towards achieving mutually beneficial solutions to the issues patients or family members are experiencing. The Resident Liaison is extremely organized and detail oriented. They enjoy working with others as a team and take pride in providing service to all patients and family members. Is highly motivated and complete tasks right away based on priorities.
Candidate must have a friendly, professional and welcoming demeanor so that they can make patients and family members feel comfortable. Resident Liasion plays a vital role in helping the organization with maintaining patient satisfaction and effective communication among patients and the practice.
