Livingston Post-Acute Care -
Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specification, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations under the supervision of the Dietary Director.
Livingston Post Acute Care :
Skilled Nursing Facility located in Livingston New Jersey. The cooks prepares meals in accordance with dietary regulations and policies for all patients / residents. Must have experience cooking in a healthcare setting and and working knowledge of altered diets, consistencies, production sheets, and a healthcare dietary setting. Candidate responsible for prepping meals, cooking, plating food, following recipes and production sheets, opening and / or closing the kitchen with all cleaning and sanitizing associated duties, informing dietary manager if the kitchen needs anything, customer service visits to residents, and other duties as assigned.
