Practice Manager

Livingston Veterinary Clinic is looking for a self motivated, upbeat, responsible and caring Practice Manager to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred, but we will work with the right motivated candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Staying up-to-date on rebates and current promotions
• Being able to read and navigate medical records
• Multitasking
• Restocking supplies as needed
• Basic understanding of medications
• Understand vaccine protocol/be open to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Team player
• Operate a multi-line phone system
• Conflict Resolution Skills
• Respond to client requests as needed
• Perform cash out procedure
• General organization and file upkeep
• Maintaining DVM Licensure and OSHA compliance
• Inputting Inventory regularly
• Troubleshooting IT errors involving clinic software, internet provider, etc.
• Meeting deadlines efficiently
• Managing accounts receivable
• Researching and completing Interstate and International Health Certificates

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Must be available during clinic hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and rotating Saturdays 8:30 am to 12 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
