Qualifications
Medical license (MD/DO) or appropriate licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in and in accordance with the regulations of each state.
Proven of minimum 3 years experience in performing skincare treatments within a clinical setting.
Certification and training in administering cosmetic procedures.
In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, skincare products, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Attention to detail, maintaining a clean and antiseptic and organized workspace.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
Client Services:
Greet clients with a friendly smile and positive attitude
Perform a wide range of skincare treatments
Perform an extensive variety of body treatments
Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients, assessing their needs, discussing treatment options, and creating personalized skincare/ body care plans.
Ensuring the highest standards of care and following established protocols
Educate clients on pre-and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing expert advice on skincare regimens and maintenance.
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatments and follow-ups.
Handle client Check Out by offering some products to be used in conjunction with the performed protocols.
Handle unexpected situations or client complaints in a professional and courteous manner, seeking to resolve issues in the best possible way – understanding that all procedures are your responsibility.
Clinic Organization:
Establish and maintain high-quality standards: ensuring that all rooms are organized, tidy, and all products are stocked in their proper places.
Communication with the Team:
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure holistic client care and a harmonious clinic environment.
Communicate to the receptionist any changes or confirmation in schedule.
Sales Goals:
Achieve Daily Sales Goals by promoting Cross-Selling or Up-Selling treatments in conjunction with current services.
Introducing our Skincare products as an option for continued skincare after the treatment.
Skills Goals:
Maintain a high level of knowledge on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in body treatments, skincare, and related technologies – no protocols to be implemented without approval.
Overall trainings are required when needed during or after hours.
