Summary:
Reporting to the Senior VP of Enterprise Sales, the incumbent prospects for new clients, sells LIVIT Staffing services and provides day-to-day customer service to existing customers.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions:
Sales (90%)
Generate new business by researching potential clients, networking at key client/association events, following up on referrals, and establishing appointments via phone, email, and drop-ins
Consult with sales management to prioritize sales opportunities and effectively execute sales strategies
Develop relationships with key decision-makers using a strategic and consultative approach to understand the client's needs
Qualify potential customers by assessing factors such as budget, need, and timeline for services to be delivered
Secure new accounts by showcasing services and solutions provided by LIVIT Staffing via customer meetings, and closing deals
Customer Service (10%)
Provide ongoing customer service to current clients to maintain accounts and generate referrals

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Persuasiveness
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good customer services skills
Excellent time management skills
Highly motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
Equipment:
Computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
Safety:
Follow JT Staffing safety policies.
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, job candidates are required to pass a background check.
- Must have personal vehicle, and maintain valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Qualifications:
- Experience selling, negotiating, and problem solving in fast-paced business environment
- Experience using Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Six months’ outside sales experience in a professional service environment
